Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have signed informed consent forms; 2. Commit to abide by the research procedures and cooperate with the implementation of the whole process of research; 3. Patients received hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in our hospital; 4. Patients of acute leukemia /MDS relapse after transplantation, MRD positive or suspected cases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have been diagnosed with disease relapse without asymmetric distribution of blast cells; 2. Patients of acute leukemia /MDS who received allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation; 3. Patients with the pessimistic condition, unwilling or unable to tolerate multi-site bone marrow aspiration.
