Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. ECOG score 0-1 points; 3. Imaging or histological diagnosis of pancreatic cancer after R0 resection of recurrent postoperative recurrence of pancreatic cancer after adjuvant chemotherapy Expected survival >= 3 months after first-line treatment; 4. Liver function is basically normal: 5. The investigator considers it appropriate to participate in this trial before entering the study; 6. Male and female subjects with potential fertility must agree to use an effective contraceptive method throughout the study; 7. Signing the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who underwent laparotomy without resection of pancreatic tumor tissue only; 2. Patients with liver metastasis after surgical recurrence: previous history of unstable angina pectoris, symptomatic congestive heart failure, severe arrhythmia, myocardial infarction within 6 months, QT prolongation (> 450 ms); 3. History of autoimmune diseases, or need to receive corticosteroids and immunosuppressive therapy; 4. Diagnosed with other malignant tumors in the past five years; 5. Patients who cannot be followed up or are participating in other clinical trials.
