Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Stroke Group (1) According to the national stroke diagnostic criteria established by the 4th Cerebrovascular Diseases Conference; (2) Confirmed by CT or MRI as stroke; (3) Lower limb dysfunction caused by stroke, and have a capacity to walk or stand with /without stick; (4) Brunnstrom score from 3 to 5; (5) MMSE >= 10; (6) 4 >= FAC >= 2; (7) Voluntarily signing up informed consent. 2. Heathy elderly Group (HEs Group) (1) The age is 60-75 years old; (2) The limbs are healthy and able to walk independently; (3) MMSE 24 points or higher; (4) Voluntarily signed the informed consent. 3. Heathy control Group (HCs Group) (1) The age is 18-28 years old; (2) The limbs are healthy and able to walk independently; (3) MMSE 24 points or higher; (4) Voluntarily signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Stroke Group (1) Previous diseases affecting walking ability, such as lower limb fracture history, lower limb symptoms after lumbar disc herniation, lower limb pain, etc.; (2) unstable condition or changes in the condition during the experiment, which affect the experimental results; (3) Patients with severe heart, lung, liver, and kidney diseases who could not complete the experiment; (4) Unable to cooperate with the completion of the experiment, there are serious cognitive dysfunction or aphasia;5 suffer from serious mental disorders. 2. HEs Group (1) Previous diseases affecting walking ability, such as lower limb fracture history, lower limb symptoms after lumbar disc herniation, lower limb pain, etc.; (2) Patients with severe heart, lung, liver and kidney diseases who could not complete the experiment; (3) Unable to cooperate with the completion of the experiment, there are serious cognitive dysfunction or aphasia; (4) Suffer from serious mental disorders. 3.
