Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for AP, as set out in the 2014 edition of the Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Pancreatitis; 2. Aged >= 60 years; 3. Have an incidence time of <= 72 h; 4. Have received no other treatment before admission; 5. Have signed an informed consent form or had a family member sign this form on their behalf.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Had other heart, liver, kidney, lung, brain or other important organ diseases; 2. Had a mental disorder or a history of mental illness; 3. Had serious acute and chronic infections; 4. Had malignant tumors; 5. Refused to cooperate with this research.
