Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Coronary artery bypass grafting due to coronary heart disease; 2.Surgical patients with rheumatic heart disease undergoing valve replacement.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient was pregnant; 2. History of tumor and / or chemoradiotherapy; 3. Glucocorticoids were used in recent 3 months; 4. Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; 5. Autoimmune diseases and other infectious diseases; 6. Immunosuppressants after organ transplantation.
