18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 20 to 45 years; 2. BMI in the normal range: 18.5 <= BMI < 25. 3. Score 3 <= NPRS <=7; 4. MRI/CT showed no lumbar disc prolapse, fracture, tumor or structural abnormality.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Spinal fracture, dislocation or severe injury;Have a history of trauma surgery; 2. Patients with soft tissue tumor or tuberculosis in the waist;Lumbar fusion and severe osteoporosis; 3. Patients with serious heart, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and other primary diseases as well as mental illness; 4. Women in pregnancy, lactation, menstruation and frequent dysmenorrhea.
