Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria for pregnant and lying in women were as follows: 1.Aged 20 to 35 years. 2.No more than 3 months of pregnance. 3.There were no significant negative emotional events during pregnancy, and the delivery process was smooth. 4.The rest during pregnancy and postpartum was in the community. 5.Effective communication 6.Informed consent, voluntary participation in this study. Inclusion criteria for member of family: 1.Aged >= 18 years. 2.The family members of the pregnant women, and take care of the pregnant women as the main caregivers. 3.Good communication skills. The inclusion criteria of community workers were as follows: 1.The main nursing staff of pregnant and lying in women in the community often contacted with pregnant and lying in women. 2.Working in Community Health Service Center for more than 6 months. 3.Informed consent, voluntary participants.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The exclusion criteria for pregnant and lying in women were as follows: (1)history of mental illness, history of severe organ function diseases,and history of taking antidepressants.(2)Pregnant women with pregnancy complications. (3)Abortion, stillbirth or stillbirth occurred during pregnancy and childbirth. 2. Exclusion criteria for member of family: Unwilling to participate in this study. 3. Exclusion criteria for community workers: Those who can not participate in the survey on leave.
