Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for postpartum depression: (1) Aged 20-40 years; (2) Have good communication skills; (3) EPDS score >= 10 points; (4) Informed consent and voluntary participation in this research. 2. Inclusion criteria for family caregivers: (1) Agd >= 18 years; (2) Be a family member of the parturient; (3) Have good communication skills; (4) Informed consent and voluntary participation in this research. 3. Inclusion criteria for community service personnel: (1) Service and management personnel of relevant institutions in the community that often have direct contact with pregnant women and provide door-to-door services; (2) Engaged in community service work for >= 1 year; (3) Have good communication skills; (4) Those who have informed consent and volunteer to participate.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion criteria for postpartum depression: (1) Patients who have a history of mental illness or mental illness; (2) Patients with related pregnancy diseases. 2. Exclusion criteria for community service personnel: those who cannot participate in the survey on vacation.
