Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction 2. The time from onset to primary percutaneous coronary intervention (PPCI)is less than 12 hours; 3. Aged >=18 years; 4. Patients undergoing primary percutaneous coronary intervention (PPCI); 5. residual stenosis < 20% by visual estimation and final TIMI (Thrombolysis In Myocardial Infarction) flow grade 3; 6. Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Life expectancy is less than 1 year; 2. clinical or angiographic features limiting QFR computation (left main or ostial right coronary artery, branch lesions,anastomotic lesions, previous coronary artery bypass graft, atrial fibrillation, ongoing ventricular arrhythmias, or significant and persistent tachycardia); 3. There is no culprit artery; 4. Female in child-bearing period; 5. Cardiogenic shock.
