Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Strictly follow the clinical guidelines of the International Society of Endocrinology in 2016 to diagnose primary aldosteronism; stop antihypertensive drugs or take antihypertensive drugs that do not affect hormone testing before the PA screening test for 4-6 weeks, and the screening is positive -Aldosterone/renin activity ratio (ARR) >= 38 (pg/ml/pg/ml) for further PA confirmation test (oral sodium load test, saline infusion test, fludrocortisone inhibition test or captopril test); 2. Aged 15 to 75 years, no gender limits; 3. Office blood pressure reached grade 2 or above at least 3 times on different days without taking antihypertensive drugs, with or without hypokalemia; 4. All patients with PA undergo adrenal computed tomography and adrenal venous sampling (AVS) to make the distinction between unilateral and bilateral adrenal disease; 5. The patients were briefed on all current treatment strategy for primary aldosteronism, and they agreed to receive superselective adrenal artery embolization(SAAE).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe contrast agent allergy; 2. Stroke, myocardial infarction and stent implantation within 3 months; 3. Renal insufficiency, serum creatinine>176umol/L or estimated glomerular filtration <45ml/(min.1.73m^2); 4. Serious liver diseases, acute infections, autoimmune diseases, various malignant tumors; 5. Pregnant and birth-giving women; 6. Refused to participate or had difficulty cooperating with the study.
