Group 1:Perform rapid intraoperative frozen pathological examination of specific lymph nodes in the lung lobes
Group 2:complete lymph node dissection

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged <= 75 years; 2. Single tumor with diameter <=3 cm; 3. Enhanced chest CT or PET-CT showed no obvious mediastinum and hilar lymphadenopathy (maximum diameter of the lymph nodes <1 cm); 4. Before or during surgery patients were clearly identified as having NSCLC; 5. Preoperative examination showed that patients could tolerate thoracoscopy lobectomy; 6. Patients and their families agreed to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Concomitant tumors; 2. Received neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy; 3. Lung tumor was located in the right middle lobe; 4. Recent history of infections and autoimmune diseases or oral hormones or drugs that affect immune function; 5. History of thoracic surgery.
