Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Met the IBD diagnostic criteria of CUMULATIVE OFFICIAL UPDATES TO ICD-10; 2. Aged 18 years or older; 3. No communication barrier; 4. Informed consent was obtained.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who had severe cardiopulmonary, renal and mental disorders; 2. Had history of drug addiction, asthma, eczema or allergy; 3. Had skin damage or ulcers during the intervention; 4. Not cooperation due to severe condition of disease.
