Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Criteria for clinical diagnosis (1) Limb weakness or backward motor development (2) Increased creatine kinase (3) Genetic examination confirmed the existence of Dystrophin gene mutation males, and the gene classification was based on the Leiden Muscular Dystrophy Database (http://www.dmd.dl). 2. Entry criteria: (1) 3-18 years old, in line with clinical diagnostic criteria; (2) Join the research voluntarily and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffer from known neurological diseases or major diseases other than genetic diseases, which may affect cognition and mental behavior (for example, hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy, chromosomal disease, epileptic encephalopathy, etc.); 2. Asymptomatic female carriers; 3. The clinical data is not perfect.
