Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 30 to 80 years; 2. All patients in the diabetes group were diagnosed with type 2 diabetes in accordance with the WHO (1999) diabetes diagnostic criteria; 3. The test patients in the impaired glucose tolerance group meet the fasting blood glucose <6.1 mmol/L, and the plasma blood glucose level after 2 hours of the oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) is between 7.8 and 11.1 mmol/L; 4. If patients with diabetic foot amputation need to have amputation indications, specifically including: contraindications or intolerance to revascularization therapy and revascularization therapy ineffective, severe pain that is difficult to relieve at rest or after drug intervention, extensive limb disease, or those who are difficult to heal, severely infected and life-threatening.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Gastric ulcer, gastrectomy; 2. History of taking hormones; 3. Immunosuppressive therapy; 4. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 5. Severe trauma; 6. patients who are participating in other clinical trials; 7. researchers believe that other reasons are not suitable for clinical trials.
