Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 45 to 80 years; 2. Patients with acute ischemic stroke within 7 days of onset; 3. The first ischemic stroke; 4. NIHSS score <= 5 at admission and mRS < 2 at discharge; 5. There are complete clinical and imaging data, among which MRI of the brain needs to include T1WI, T2WI, DWI, FLAIR, SWI sequence; 6. The patient or family members signed an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There is a clear cognitive impairment before admission, including Alzheimer's disease, frontotemporal degeneration, mental diseases and other diseases that affect cognitive function; 2. Cerebral hemorrhage, space-occupying lesions and other brain parenchymal diseases; 3. Obvious language and limb dysfunction left after cerebral infarction (mRS >= 3), unable to complete the cognitive function evaluation; 4. Severe visual and hearing impairment, unable to complete the cognitive function evaluation; 5. The presence of serious other systemic diseases at the time of admission, such as acute coronary syndrome, malignant tumors, alternative renal dialysis treatment, etc.
