Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with fundus retinal diseases, who need to inject drugs into the vitreous cavity; 2. No systemic or local contraindications.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with uncontrolled hypertension, diabetes, and other systemic diseases; 2. History of eye surgery and eye trauma; 3. Suffered from systemic or local infectious diseases within 3.6 months; 4. History of allergy to iodine; 5. Antibiotic treatment 3 weeks before surgery; 6. Patients with poor corneal conditions; 7. Patients who are participating in other clinical trials; 8. Researchers believe that other reasons are not suitable for clinical trials.
