Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. Completed HRMRI examination; 3. HRMRI revealed the presence of MCA or BA atherosclerotic plaques.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with moderate to severe stenosis (stenosis rate >= 50%) in the proximal end of the ipsilateral intracranial aorta or extracranial arteries found by MRA or Doppler ultrasound; 2. Patients with evidence of cardiogenic embolism, including atrial fibrillation, rheumatic heart disease, etc.; 3. Other causes of vascular stenosis, including Moyamoya disease, arterial dissection, vasculitis, muscle fiber dysplasia, etc.; 4. Patients who have received rt-PA thrombolytic therapy; 5. Patients with incomplete magnetic resonance image sequence or poor image clarity that cannot be analyzed.
