18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Shock patients meet at least one of the following conditions: (1) HR > 100 times/min; (2) SBP 2mmol/l, renal dysfunction (urine volume < 0.5ml/kg.h or changes in biochemical indicators of acute kidney injury); (4) Skin mottling; (5) CVP < 10mmHg or PAWP < 12mmHg.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged < 18 years, or pregnant women; 2. Patients with intracranial hypertension, brain death, or brain death that may occur within 24 hours; 3. Patients with severe arrhythmia, heart failure, pulmonary edema, or myocardial infarction within the previous month.
