Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged over 65 years; 2. ASA I-III; 3. The operation time is 2h-4h; 4. Patients who intend to have endotracheal intubation under laparoscopic gastrointestinal surgery under intravenous anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are allergic to this product and its ingredients; 2. Patients who are dependent on opioid analgesics; 3. There are obvious neurological and mental diseases; 4. Are taking sedatives, analgesics and antidepressants; 5. Renal insufficiency (serum creatinine > 177µmol/l) or active liver disease; 6. Severe respiratory complications before surgery; 7. Severe OSAHS and obesity (BMI>= 30); 8. Severe visual and hearing impairment, which affects communication; 9. Have a history of gastrointestinal ulcers and blood system diseases.
