Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Stable vital signs; 2. No severe cognitive or speech dysfunction, able to execute simple instructions; 3. The first onset, the course of the disease is less than 12 months, and shoulder pain occurs after hemiplegia; 4. The highest VAS pain score within 24 hours is >= 3 points; 5. Modified Ashworth classification of upper limbs <= 2; 6. Aged 18-70 years; 7. The shoulder joint on the hemiplegic side can bend forward at least 45 degree; 8. Patients who voluntarily sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with unstable conditions and other systemic diseases (such as respiratory failure, congestive heart failure, and liver and kidney dysfunction that are not effectively controlled); 2. Patients who have used steroids before the study; 3. Patients who have a pacemaker; 4. Patients who cannot tolerate rehabilitation training; 5. Patients who have damaged or infected local skin by electrical stimulation; 6. Participating in other researchers.
