18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed of ARDS; 2. Patients admitted to ICU for more than 24 hours; 3. Aged 18 to 80 years; 4. Patients with informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute and chronic hepatitis or cirrhosis or liver transplantation. 2. Patients with acute myocardial infarction; 3. Pregnant patients or tumor patients; 4. Patients with immune deficiency disease; 5. Patients had extensive use of glucocorticoids (equivalent dose >Prednisone 10mg/d) or immunosuppressant 6 months before admission.
