Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Moderate and severe COPD patients: according to the diagnostic criteria of COPD in the guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of COPD issued by GOLD 2019; 2.Sign informed consent; 3.No communication barrier, can cooperate with medical history collection, and good compliance, cooperate with treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Combined with other serious cardiopulmonary diseases, such as interstitial lung disease, severe asthma, severe pneumonia, tuberculosis, lung cancer, rheumatic heart disease, congenital heart disease, etc; 2.Patients with severe liver and kidney diseases; 3.Failure to use drugs according to regulations, inability to determine curative effect or incomplete information, etc. affect the judgment of curative effect or safety.
