glycopyrrolate group:Intravenous injection of 2ml glycopyrrolate (0.005mg/kg)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA I-II; 2. Aged 6-12 years; 3. Simple atrial septal defect or ventricular septal defect.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative combined with severe pulmonary hypertension; 2. With Down syndrome; 3. Known allergy to glycopyrrolate; 4. Oral mucosa injury or disease.
