18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 60 years; 2. ECOG score = 70; 3. Good patient compliance; 4. Able to understand and sign the informed consent form; 5. Clinical/histology/imaging proved that the goiter did not involve peripheral nerves, blood vessels, trachea, esophagus and other important tissues and organs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of other malignant tumors, except for cured skin basal cell carcinoma; 2. History of cardiovascular, liver, respiratory, kidney or neuropsychiatric diseases with clinical symptoms; 3. Second treatment patients who have undergone surgery or 131I therapy or targeted therapy before the start of treatment; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Concurrent surgery or radiotherapy for other diseases is required; 6. Accompanied by severe coagulation dysfunction, cardiopulmonary dysfunction, who cannot tolerate general anesthesia and surgery.
