Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Received painless gastroscopy; 2.Aged >= 60 years; 3.Informed consent, voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Communication obstacles caused by problems such as dysphonia, hearing impairment, low level of education, stroke, Alzheimer's disease, etc., and inability to correctly understand the situation asked by the investigator; 2. Critically ill patients with ASA >= III.
