18 Years to 45 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have been diagnosed as CD by clinical, imaging, endoscopy and pathology; 2. MRE and endoscopy should be performed within two weeks before MRI of the brain; 3. Aged 18 to 45 years; 4. Right-handed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There is a history of neurosurgery, a history of head injury, a history of cerebrovascular disease, or a history of brain trauma with loss of consciousness; 2. Used central nervous system drugs in the past three months, or used antidepressants in the past three months; temporary depression caused by adverse events in life; use biological agents within three months; use sugar within three months Corticosteroids 3. Those with claustrophobia; 4. Those with metal implants (including metal dentures, etc.).
