Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 45-55 years, ASA classification III and below, BMI range 18-25; 2. No serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular system diseases, no records of cognitive dysfunction and other mental diseases, no active bleeding and severe coagulation dysfunction, no blood system diseases, no drug dependence, no allergies to any of the drugs in this study, Perform gastrointestinal endoscopy ERCP treatment; 3. Those who know and agree to participate in this trial.
