60 Years to 89 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 60 years; 2. ASA I~III grade; 3. Patients undergoing major abdominal surgery under elective general anesthesia; 4. Estimated operation time >= 2h; 5. With or without a history of hypertension.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Recent history of heart failure and myocardial infarction; 2. Severe heart disease (severe valve disease, heart failure, etc.); 3. Ejection fraction = B grade); 6. Intraoperative need for controlled blood pressure reduction; 7. History of kidney disease surgery; 8. Those who have used contrast media before surgery; 9. Acute and chronic renal insufficiency; 10. Has participated in other pilot projects.
