18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18 to 75 years; 2.Patients with mandibular cyst and the minimum diameter of cyst was 3.5cm; 3.Patients willing to evaluate the requirements of the validation protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with obvious bleeding tendency and blood diseases; 2. Patients with malignant tumors and end-stage diseases; 3. Women during lactation or pregnancy; 4. Patients in the acute phase of any disease; 5. Patients with secondary infections of cysts; 6. Patients who cannot participate in the follow-up; 7. Those who have taken corticosteroids and bisphosphonates for a long time.
