18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the Berlin definition, it meets the diagnostic criteria of ARDS; 2. The patients who receiving tracheal intubation and mechanical ventilation less than 48 hours; 3. Aged 18 to 75 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unstable fracture of the spine; 2. Pregnant women; 3. The estimated time of invasive mechanical ventilation is less than 48 hours; 4. Intracranial hypertension; severe COPD patients; dying patients.
