Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children with nontraumatic distal radius fracture (DRF group), were Han Chinese ethnicity. All the participants ages are range from 10 to 18 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: If the children had a systemic disease (such as diabetes, renal failure or cancers), a history of precocious or delayed puberty, or were using medications, they were excluded from the study.
