Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Local residents (those who have lived in the local area for six months or more); 2.Aged over 40 years (born before December 31, 1980, including patients who died between January 1, 2019 and December 31, 2019); 3.Volunteer to participate and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Incomplete identity information; 2. Incomplete blood test and clinical examination; 3. Incomplete clinical data.
