50 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 50 to 80 years, can understand the NRS scoring method, can clearly describe the nature of pain and accurately score; 2. The course of the disease is 1 to 3 months, the herpes in the affected area is healed, showing moderate to severe pain (NRS score >= 4 points); 3. The lesions involve the thoracolumbar spinal nerves; 4. Those who still have obvious pain after one week of lagging behind opioids, antidepressants, anticonvulsants, and regional nerve block (NRS score >= 4 points).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are unable to complete relevant assessments as required, or other drugs that affect the research data; 2. The patient requests to withdraw from the treatment group; 3. Privately accept other treatment plans without the consent of the treatment group during the treatment period.
