Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with COPD according to the latest 2020 guidelines of the COPD Global Initiative and admitted to the hospital due to an acute exacerbation of the disease; 2. Permanent residents of Bengbu City who are >=60 years old; 3. No language or consciousness barriers, volunteer to participate in the research and fill in the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe dysfunction of heart, liver, kidney, etc.; 2. Researchers who have participated in the same type of intervention experiment in the past.
