Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. AIS is diagnosed by neurologists through head CT or MRI, and acute cerebral infarction is in accordance with the "Chinese Acute Ischemic Stroke Diagnosis and Treatment Guide 2018" formulated by the Neurology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association; 3. Accept carotid artery ultrasound examination within 7 days of admission; 4. Participate in this research voluntarily and voluntarily sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The onset time is more than 7 days, combined with other serious primary diseases; 2. TIA; 3. Have taken drugs that affect lipid metabolism and renal function within one month; 4. Combined with severe infection, abnormal liver and kidney function or autoimmune diseases; 5. There are many data missing.
