18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Right-handed (Edinburgh); 2. Aged 18 to 40 years; 3. No history of habitual smoking or drinking; 4. Not during the menstrual cycle or during pregnancy, exclude the influence of periodic fluctuations of steroid hormones on the pain threshold and cortical excitability parameters during the menstrual cycle; 5. The score of Beck Depression Inventory (BDI-II) is lower than 14 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unstable psychology and mental illness; 2. Drug abuse or routine drug use in the past 3 months; 3. Acute or chronic pain in the past 3 months; 4. There is currently a disease in the hand; 5. Based on documented tDCS contraindications (such as implantation of medical equipment or history of epilepsy).
