18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-90 years; 2. ICU patients; 3. The standby time of the ventilator is >= 48h; 4. The result of delirium assessment is positive; 5. Able to maintain a 60 degree sitting position for more than 10 minutes + be able to hold the paintbrush and paint; 6. Informed consent and signed an agreement to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe dementia or chronic neurological disease, with an IQCODE score of 4.5 or above; 2. Acute or subacute severe neurological dysfunction or injury; 3. Severe mental illness (excluding depression) or developmental problems; 4. Suspected or confirmed drug or alcohol poisoning/overdose or withdrawal stage; 5. Uncorrected or severe hearing or vision impairment; 6. Coma and/or hypothermia treatment after cardiac arrest; 7. Expected to die within 24 hours; 8. Unable to obtain the consent of a legally authorized representative within 72 hours; 9. Patients who do not cooperate or cannot communicate; 10. The attending doctor or medical team refuses; 11. The patient withdrew due to loss of interest.
