18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18-60 years, KPS score > 60, estimated survival > 3 months; 2.No serious impairment of vital organs; 3.Voluntary subjects,and sign an informed consent; 4.Newly diagnosed patients with acute myeloid leukemia(Excluding APL).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients combined with other malignant tumors. 2.Patients whose necessary treatment plan and follow-up observation cannot be guaranteed.
