40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Be able to understand the purpose and risks of the research, and provide signed and dated informed consent and authorization in accordance with applicable privacy regulations to use confidential health information; 2. Diagnose possible or possible multiple system atrophy (MSA-P or MSA-C) according to the current consensus diagnostic criteria; 3. Aged 40 to 80 years, expected to live for at least 3 years (in the opinion of the investigator); 4. Able to walk at least 10 meters with or without assistance; 5. Willing and able to participate in all research procedures; 6. Able to tolerate brain MRI and no contraindications; 7. Strong tolerance, no contraindications. Participants with contraindications to CSF surgery can choose to participate in the study and opt out of CSF. Efforts will be made to ensure that at least 50% of patients participating in the study receive CSF collection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Parkinson's disease patients and patients with unclear diagnosis.
