Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Donors: 1.Patients scheduled for nephrectomy under general anesthesia; 2.Patient aged 18 to 65 years; 3.Able and willing to provide signed informed consent; 4.ASA physical status I-IV. Recipients: 1.Patients receiving living donor kidney transplantation from relatives; 2.Patient aged 18 to 65 years; 3.Able and willing to provide signed informed consent; 4.ASA physical status I-IV.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who are allergic to dexmedetomidine; 2.Patients with advanced heart block; 3.A history of using a2 adrenergic receptor agonist drugs (such as clonidine) within one week before surgery.
