55 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 55 to 85 years; 2.Diagnosis of Congenital dysplasia of the hip with secondary Osteoarthritis, necrosis of the femoral head, osteoarthritis of the hip, rheumatoid arthritis involving the hip joint; 3.Signing of informed consent; 4.Primary posterolateral approach for unilateral hip replacement; 5.Understanding and following instructions and completing evaluation; 6.No severe organ dysfunction; 7.Preoperative self-care Ability >= 60; 8.Asa Score <= 3.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with cognitive impairment such as Alzheimer's disease who can not safely participate and be evaluated; 2.Patients with other diseases who need treatment during hospitalization.
