65 Years to 90 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged >= 65 years; 2.Chinese patients; 3.ASA grade I~II; 4.Preoperative cognitive status is good and no language communication barrier; 5.Education level can complete the preoperative cognitive function test.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.With preoperative delirium, Parkinson's disease, dementia caused by various reasons(inclluding PD related dementia, AD realated dementia, Lewy body dementia), or major psychological dysfunction; 2.CNS infection, head trauma, stroke, epilepsy, ,multiple sclerosis and other neurological diseases; 3.Alcoholism or drug addicts; 4.Serious systemic diseases(such as acute or chronic infectious diseases) that may affect the levels of PND biomarkers (miRNA) in plasma, who are undergoing anti-inflammatory drugs treatment; 5.Severe deafness or vision problems, language disorders, illiteracy, communication difficulties, family history of genetic diseases; 6.Patients who received blood transfusion before operation, during operation or within one week after operation, who were transferred to ICU after operation; 7.Preoperative Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) = 39 degrees) and reoperation due to surgical related complications.
