Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Acetabular dysplasia with pain of the hip joint for more than 6 months; 2. Patients with hip osteoarthritis in Tonnis stage 0, I, or patients with mild Tonnis stage B; AD classification was I type according to Crowe classification. 3. Imaging evidence suggested acetabular dysplasia, such as LCEA 15 degrees; 4. The hip joint should retain full flexion and abduction function (flexion >= 100 degrees, abduction >= 30 degrees); 5. There is a good match between the dysplastic acetabulum and the femoral head, and the femoral head can be fully covered after the correction.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The elderly (at least 60 years old) and Y-type patent epiphyseal (< 8 years old); 2.Severe deformity of the hip joint; 3.Severe limitation of hip movement; 4.Poor patient compliance; 5.Complicated with serious underlying diseases.
