Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for urinary tract infection group: 1.Aged >=18 years;In addition, urinary tract infections >= 3 times in the last 1 year / >=2 times in the last 6 months, and current urinary tract infections occurred.The diagnostic criteria for urinary tract infection were as follows: urinary culture of the same colony >=10^3 cfu /mL, urine analysis WBC>=10/mm^3;Urinary tract irritations such as frequent urination, urgent urination, dysuria or tenderness in the lower abdomen or buckling pain in the kidney area, with or without fever; 2.Volunteer to participate in the study; 3.Clear consciousness; 4.Able to conduct normal language communication. Inclusion criteria for healthy control group: 1.No urinary tract infection in recent 1 month; 2.Perfect match with the patient group in terms of age (5 years for one segment), sex, marriage, and menstruation. Inclusion criteria for bacteria donors: 1.No history of allergy, long-term medication history, and recent bowel movements; 2.The supplier of faecal bacteria is usually the immediate family member of the recipient; 3.Healthy adults without underlying diseases are excluded from infectious diseases, autoimmune diseases, parasitic infections and other diseases.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for urinary tract infection group: 1.Current patients receiving indwelling catheterization; 2.Used antibiotics in the past 1 week; 3.Have used probiotics or synbiotics in the past 1 month; 4.Has the following situation: interstitial cystitis, fever, acute or chronic pyelonephritis, acute or chronic prostate, urethritis, epididymitis, urinary incontinence, urinary tract malformation, bladder neck, hydronephrosis, renal atrophy, neuropathic bladder inflammation, tuberculosis, pregnancy, menstrual period, lactation, serious cardiovascular, liver, kidney disease, mental disorder. Exclusion criteria for healthy control group: 1.Current patients receiving indwelling catheterization; 2.Used antibiotics in the past 1 week; 3.Have used probiotics or synbiotics in the past 1 month; 4.Has the following situation: interstitial cystitis, fever, acute or chronic pyelonephritis, acute or chronic prostate, urethritis, epididymitis, urinary incontinence, urinary tract malformation, bladder neck, hydronephrosis, renal atrophy, neuropathic bladder inflammation, tuberculosis, pregnancy, menstrual period, lactation, serious cardiovascular, liver, kidney disease, mental disorder.
