Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Type 2 diabetes mellitus diagnosed according to WHO criteria; 2.Age more tahn 18 years old; 3.Diagnosis of type 2 diabetes more than 3 months; 4.HbA1c>7%; 5.Being able to use a smartphone; 6.Providing informed consent, voluntary participation in the study; 7.Proficient in Chinese.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients in pregnancy or lactation period; 2.Complicated with malignant tumor or severe diabetic complications; 3.Hearing and visual impairment; 4.Patients was limited in physical activity; 5.With obvious cognitive defects or mental disorders; 6.No Internet connection in residence; 7.Currently participating in other research projects.
