Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Closed Pilon fractures; 2.Can tolerate anesthesia and surgery; 3.Willing to cooperate with surgery and regular follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with rheumatoid arthritis, mandatory spondylitis, uncontrolled gout and other endocrine and rheumatic immune system diseases; 2.Alcoholism and smoking; 3.Uncontrolled diabetes, Especially in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy; 4.Systemic or local infection; 5.Poor local soft tissue condition after previous ankle surgery.
