Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both the children and the parents meet the following inclusion criteria: Children: 1.8 years = 24 hours; 3.No history of mental illness or cognitive impairment; 4.Informed consent and voluntary participation. The children and his parents signed an informed consent form. Parents: 1.Parents of children admitted to PICU for treatment; 2.The main caregivers and medical decision-makers of the children; 3.Age >=18 years old; 4.Have communication skills and certain reading ability; 5.Informed consent and voluntary participation. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children and parents who meet any of the following items can be excluded. Children: 1.Resident observation after surgery; 2.No clear caregiver; 3.Mental retardation or mental retardation; 4.Participate in intervention studies that may change the follow-up outcome; 5.Estimated survival time <=48 hours; 6.Orphans. Parents: 1.Severe audiovisual impairment, which affects the understanding or answerer of the question; 2.Participate in intervention studies that may change the follow-up outcome.
