HFNC group:After extubation, nasal high flow oxygen therapy was given
Control group:disposable oxygen mask or nasal catheter was used for oxygen inhalation, oxygen flow was 5-8L/min, and SpO2 was maintained between 95%-98% in patients

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with invasive mechanical ventilation through orotracheal intubation were enrolled; 2.Aged >=18 years; 3.The duration of mechanical ventilation was more than 24 hours; 4.They agreed to participate in the study and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.ECMO should be used in the treatment of cardiopulmonary failure; 2.Tracheotomy; 3.Those who could not tolerate high flow nasal therapy and refused to participate in the experiment; 4.Palliative care.
