Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with acute anterior cerebral infarction within 24 hours of onset were selected according to Oxfordshire Community Stroke Program (OCSP) classification; The selected subjects met the diagnostic criteria revised by the Fourth National Cerebrovascular Disease Conference in 1995; The lesions were confirmed by head CT and / or head MRI, and there were clear neurological deficit symptoms and / or signs. The NIHSS score was 4 – 22 points, or the NIHSS score of the fifth upper limb or the sixth lower limb was >= 2.First onset, or previous history of stroke, without sequelae after treatment; 3.Decrease in unconscious level; 4.Aged 40 to 85 years; 5.The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale ( NIHSS ) and self-care ability score ( mRS ) were used to evaluate the neurological deficit score. The scores were recorded at admission, 10 days and 90 days after treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of contrast agent allergy; 2.Imaging examination showed hemorrhagic diseases such as cerebral hemorrhage or diseases and hematological diseases with bleeding tendency; 3.Transient ischemic attack; 4.Abnormal liver function ( AST / ALT more than twice normal ), renal dysfunction ( serum creatinine > 2.0mg / dl or 177µmol / L ); Heart failure or other serious systemic diseases; 5.Patients with malignant tumors who received chemoradiotherapy survived less than 3 months; 6.Patients with pregnancy, lactation or possible pregnancy and planned pregnancy.
