18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Male, aged 18-60 years; 2.Outpatient and emergency patients requiring oral antibiotic treatment, such as acute tonsillitis and other patients with acute inflammation; 3.Patients can read and fully understand the informed consent and are willing to cooperate in sample acquisition on time.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of oral or intravenous use of antibiotics or antifungal drugs in the last 3 months, 2.History of urinary tract infection, chronic lower urinary tract obstruction, gastrointestinal dysfunction, antibiotic allergy, and major cardiopulmonary insufficiency in the last 3 months.
